The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
If the product is damaged or broken upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with photo or video proof.

After verification, we will offer a replacement or exchange.

Refunds are only applicable in special cases such as out-of-stock items or order cancellation before dispatch.
